I'm getting a 6 string fretless sabre with barbera pickups -- for me, the sabre is a lot easier and more comfortable to hold/wear and doesn't move about all over the place like the viper. Most people prefer the viper, but I just can't play that thing! lol

and here an Jimi Hendrix song^^ Purple Haze improvisation (recorded with pod xt live ) My favourite cover of Purple Haze would have to be by Mark Wood. There's a little bit in this demo -- that 7 string viper makes a great sound ;D www.woodviolins.com/video/WVpromo1.movAnne, if I were to order a Mark Wood album, which one would you suggest I start with?

lol I don't actually have any of his albums -- I'm just getting the sabre for now. But I suppose These are a Few of My Favorite Things is the one I would get first. I've heard Vivaldi Rocks from that album, which is based on the 1st movement of Winter from the 4 seasons, and I like that one.

when i play yngwie solos then i do not imitate it exactly... onstage yngwie play his solos every time different, you must improvistation your own stuff like yngwie, that makes the playing more interesting...improvisation is the most important thing, it gives you more feeling and freedom in your playing (i hope the english is correct^^)
