I just got the Trial by Fire video and this is what I saw 16 years ago! This is what inspired me to play the style of music that I play! Trilogy from that video -- that was it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a deja vu moment -- I'm sitting on the floor infront of the tv exactly the same as I was back then and it's such a surreal experience. I know now, and I'm so happy ;D

Just realised it's not only Trilogy that I saw before but also the Paganini he plays before Far Beyond the Sun. I always wondered why I knew that one when I never thought I'd heard anyone play it ;D

What year is the Trial By Fire 1989 I like both Trial and Buddokan the same, to me the best live performance of Yngwie is still the one with teh Orchestra though! LIve 85 is another great show, simply because Yngwie is so young yet so powerful on stage in every way!!!

The Yng is certainly at another level on the concerto suite. The live 85 video is what first got me into the Yng - i shall never forget that drunken August night of 1994
