Great find Andy! I ordered one for back up as mine is all scratched up already and has been banged around a lot. Also not to hijack but the Dean Markley sets with the bullets for strats are on back order untill they have all the peices to make them ( as told by a sales rep from DM). Could be another couple of weeks I ordered 12 sets! 6 of the 46's and 6 of the 48's back in NOVEMBER!

Are the Bullets going to be like the Fender's make of the "Super Bullets" or are they different ended? Also did you order from Dean Markley?

They are the same end as the Fender bullets, so they will fit the strats perfect. The rep from Dean Markley says the Floyd rose uses the same end too. I ordered them from Guitar Center, I called Dean Markley after 3 months went by after hearing back order stories from Guitar Center. Turns out they werent lying to me and the rep says they should be coming to me shortly.

The only problem with the Yngwie Magic .048 to.008 set is that the diameter of the low E string, dosen't allow you to place the string end in the hole of the tuning post! Either you must open it up or wrap it an alternate way,as I did. And I have a box of them, waited almost 7 months or so,had them in March. Regards Voodoo

I never realized that. I've only put them on my PRS which doesn't have holes on the tuning post. I really like them though. And, I don't really play my electric enough anymore to break the high E all the time. I can imagine that I would have when I used to play 3 - 5 hours a day though. It happened enough with 9's!
